The hotel certainly has potential, having once been a remarkable establishment. However, it now has its share of issues, with some areas showing notable signs of neglect. The Delta block offers a much more modern and comfortable experience compared to the Beta block, which unfortunately falls short in cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, the service is attentive, but some amenities and dining options could use improvement.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while it had some positives like a great location and decent food service, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were in dire need of renovation and cleanliness, which really overshadowed the positive aspects. It's unfortunate because the potential is there, but they really need to improve on several fronts.
